An event called “Wake-Up” was organized for a social message. Where a photo shoot of kids with posters was done, related to Diwali and usage of crackers and it’s distractive power in case of human beings and all the environment. This conveyed a good message to the society about care for environment and the real meaning and way of celebrating Diwali.
• Football tournament was organized for all the centers in Vishrantwadi area. of medical students. 

• Outdoor first-aid workshops were conducted with the help

• Plantation — where our kids and families planted 158 plants near the slum of Parvati.

• Diya painting – where our kids With the help of volunteers painted the DiWali diyas in an unique way with the designs of cartoons and other unconventional designs. As a second step of this; the kids were given the opportunity to sell the diyas at various places. The funds were used for the gifts by themselves to their families.

Special Events

Legal literacy campaign has been launched for the villages near Under the program volunteers visit the villages. A team of lawyers and law students have been hired to help the cause. A box has been kept at a public place in the village where villagers can write their queries on a piece of paper and put it in box; all the queries are answered within 5 working days. This thing runs anonymously as the papers have numbers and no names. As a next step we are planning to have interactive sessions with the villagers every month to address their unanswered issues. We have planned to cover 104 villages in next one year.

• ”Batliwala* is a fundraising campaign run by us dedicated to art from In which the used glass bottles are used to make beautiful decorative pieces.

• Anti-addiction campaign; this is run by our students Where they start it from their parents and families and then spread it to the neighborhoods. And the results are astonishing.
